As the Fabricator Welder you will work from technical engineering drawings, supporting high-quality fabrication and welding projects within a busy precision engineering environment.
The Fabricator Welder may also occasionally assist with mechanical installation works at client sites, including nuclear power stations and food manufacturing facilities.

DUTIES Your duties as the Fabricator Welder include
- Welding and
- Fabrication: weld and fabricate stainless steel and/or carbon steel components
- Engineering
- Drawings: read and interpret technical fabrication drawings accurately
- Quality
- Workmanship: produce work to a high standard within a precision engineering environment
- TIG/MIG Welding: use TIG and/or MIG welding processes where required
- Workshop
- Support: work efficiently as part of a busy fabrication and welding team
- Mechanical
- Installation: occasionally assist with mechanical installation works at client sites

- Safety: follow safe working practices within the workshop and on client sites
- Communication: liaise effectively with colleagues to support smooth workflow and project delivery CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Welding
Experience: proven experience in fabrication and welding of stainless steel and/or carbon steel
- Drawing
- Interpretation: ability to read and interpret technical engineering fabrication drawings
- TIG/MIG Skills: coded TIG/MIG welding experience is desirable but not essential
