Job Overview
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Aluminium Fabricator due to continued business growth. This role offers stable, long-term employment within a modern manufacturing environment focused on quality and craftsmanship. As an Aluminium Fabricator, you will be involved in the full fabrication process of aluminium products including windows, doors, bi-folding systems and curtain walling, working from technical drawings and using a range of tools and machinery. The Aluminium Fabricator position suits someone with a background in aluminium fabrication, CNC machinery and general workshop processes, who takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
Duties
- Assembling Aluminium Products: Manufacturing aluminium windows, doors, bi-fold doors, lift and slide systems and curtain walling
- Using Hand and Power Tools: Operating a range of hand‑held tools and workshop equipment
- Working From Drawings: Following fabrication and technical drawings accurately
- CNC Operation: Using CNC machinery as part of the fabrication process
- Quality Standards: Ensuring all products meet required quality specifications
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to all factory and machinery safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment
- A background in general fabrication, hanging and gearing
- Experience with CNC machinery and workshop tools
- Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings
- A strong understanding of health and safety within a factory setting
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
