DUTIES

Your duties as the Digital Marketing Specialist include:

  • Lead Paid Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms
  • Drive Growth: Build and scale campaigns to achieve significant increases in leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Optimise Funnels: Develop full-funnel journeys from awareness to conversion that meet CPL and ROAS targets
  • Create Impactful Content: Collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging ad copy, visuals, and videos
  • Use Data Insights: Analyse performance through GA4, Ads Manager, and analytics tools to inform decisions
  • Boost CRO: Work with designers and developers to enhance landing pages and maximise conversions
  • Manage Budgets: Control media spend effectively, scaling success while minimising waste
  • Stay Ahead: Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of managing paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • A background in growth marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, and tracking implementation
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and act on insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and technical teams
  • A proactive, test-and-learn attitude with the confidence to innovate and challenge convention
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CPL, CAC, and ROAS
