Customer Service Administrator / Office Administration Assistant who has great organisational, time management, communication and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and support the business in all back-office administrative and customer service functions is required for a well-established luxury cake design brand based in Hatch End, Harrow, North West London. DO YOU ALSO HAVE A FLAIR FOR CREATIVITY? Although this position is predominantly a customer service / admin role, there is an opportunity to support clients with the design of their bespoke, luxury cakes which will be enjoyed at the most exquisite weddings and events. Additional training covering the cake design process will be provided. But don’t worry. You won’t be expected to bake or design the cake. That’s left to the team of professional cake bakers and cake artists.
