Community Partnership Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Partnership Officer to support customer engagement, partnership working and community outreach programmes focused on energy efficiency, sustainability and fuel poverty.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Comprehensive training will be provided, including a City & Guilds Energy Awareness course and an SQA-accredited qualification over 69 weeks. Training takes place Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional training will be offered based on role requirements.
SALARY: £26,260 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: This hybrid position allows for flexible working from home or from the offices in Dundee or Aberdeen, with occasional office attendance. Applicants must reside in, or very near to, one of the six service areas (Moray, Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Angus, Dundee City, and Perth and Kinross)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Community Partnership Officer to join a supportive team delivering customer-focused energy efficiency and fuel poverty services across the region.
As a Community Partnership Officer, you will work closely with community groups, partner organisations and stakeholders, providing clear information, promoting services and supporting referrals through digital systems and partnership activity.
The Community Partnership Officer role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining home working with office attendance in Dundee or Aberdeen and travel across service areas to attend meetings, training and events.
This position suits someone with strong customer service skills, confidence communicating with a wide range of people and an interest in community impact, sustainability and partnership working.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Community Partnership Officer include:
- Customer and Partner Engagement: Providing clear, professional information to customers, community groups and partner organisations
- Partnership Development: Building and maintaining positive working relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Service Promotion: Promoting national fuel poverty and energy efficiency programmes to public bodies and community organisations
- Training Delivery: Delivering training sessions, presentations and events both online and face-to-face
- Outreach Activity: Attending meetings and events to raise awareness of services and partnership opportunities
- Referral Support: Encouraging and supporting referrals through digital referral tools and systems
- Reporting and Administration: Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems in a timely manner
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- A background in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a community-facing, advisory or stakeholder engagement role
- Confidence working independently in a hybrid or remote environment
- Experience using digital systems, online platforms and CRM tools
- A willingness to learn about fuel poverty, sustainability and energy efficiency services
- A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the service area
