Communications & Marketing Administrator – internal title: Business Administration Partner.
Position: Full‑time, permanent. Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum. Location: Office based in South London, managing events at multiple sites.
We are looking for an organized administrator with communications, marketing and events experience to support business operations, digital content, stakeholder engagement and internal communications.
Duties
- Events Coordination: Assist with planning, organizing and supporting internal and external events to ensure a professional experience.
- Content Creation: Research, produce and publish engaging written and visual communications across multiple channels.
- Digital Communications: Update the website, Share Point intranet and internal directories while maintaining brand consistency.
- Marketing Support: Create promotional materials for recruitment campaigns, activities, and organizational initiatives.
- Administration: Manage shared inboxes, prepare presentations, maintain records, and support organizational reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with colleagues and external contacts while providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Projects: Monitor engagement metrics, support surveys, and contribute to projects that improve business processes.
- Candidate Requirements
Essential
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Previous experience in an administration, communications, events or marketing support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and similar systems.
- Previous experience producing written content for internal or external audiences.
- Experience supporting events or meetings.
- Ability to work independently using initiative.
- Professional approach with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Desirable
- Knowledge of social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Previous experience within a regulated or care sector environment.
- Understanding of the Supported Housing sector.
