As the Cleaner you will help prepare spotless, guest-ready properties to a consistently high standard, supporting changeover cleans, deep cleaning, bed making, linen changes and amenity restocking. The Cleaner will need to be reliable, punctual, organised and confident working independently, with a driving licence and own transport essential. DUTIES Your duties as the Cleaner include: • Airbnb Changeovers: Carry out short-let and changeover cleans to ensure properties are clean, tidy and ready for guests • Deep Cleaning: Complete thorough residential and commercial cleaning tasks to a high standard • Guest-Ready Standards: Prepare properties with strong attention to presentation, cleanliness and detail • Bed Making and Linen: Change linen and make beds neatly in line with agreed standards and checklists • Amenity Restocking: Replenish basic amenities and report any low or missing items • Property Checks: Report damages, maintenance issues or missing items promptly and professionally • Time Management: Work efficiently to meet strict check-in deadlines and agreed cleaning schedules • Independent Working: Manage allocated cleans responsibly while maintaining consistent service standards CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL • Previous cleaning experience • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards • Reliable, punctual and well organised • Able to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable working to deadlines, including check-in times • Honest, trustworthy and professional approach • Driving licence and own transport • An up to date DBS check • Right to work in the UK DESIRABLE • Previous Airbnb, holiday-let or short-let cleaning experience • Experience with residential deep cleaning • Experience cleaning commercial offices or similar workplace environments BENEFITS • Competitive hourly pay above National Living Wage, based on experience • Regular, ongoing work • Flexible working hours • Training, support and clear cleaning checklists provided • Friendly, supportive team environment • Opportunity for increased hours as the business grows HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
