LOCATION: Home based with travel to your caseload of learners covering North Wales. The company will consider applicants living across the border from Chester, Ellesmere Port, Frodsham, Northwich, Winsford, Neston, Merseyside, Wirral, Bebington, Heswall, West Kirby, Hoylake, Birkenhead, Wallasey, Oswestry, Warrington, Lymm or within a commutable distance to North Wales.

JOB OVERVIEW: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor with a background in leadership development, training delivery and apprenticeship assessment. Working remotely with learners and employers, the Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor will support individuals undertaking management and leadership apprenticeship programmes, delivering coaching, assessment and mentoring to ensure learners progress successfully through their qualification.
As a Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor you will manage learner progress through structured reviews, workshops and individual learning plans, ensuring compliance with awarding organisation standards while supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

DUTIES: Your duties as the Management Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Trainer Assessor include:
- Training Delivery: Deliver management and leadership apprenticeship programmes through coaching, mentoring and workshops.
- Learner Progress: Monitor learner progress through reviews, individual learning plans and achievement targets.
- Assessment & Quality: Assess learner portfolios and support internal quality assurance and compliance processes.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets organisational, awarding body and Welsh Government requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with managers, colleagues and external partners to support learner development.
- Professional Standards: Promote safeguarding, equality, health and safety and continuous professional development.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL:
- Previous experience in management and leadership within a professional or training environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications in Management and Leadership at Level 5 or above.
- A recognised assessor qualification such as A1, TAQA or CAVA (training can be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience using ICT systems and digital tools to support teaching, learning and learner tracking.
- Proven ability to organise workload, manage schedules and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach with enthusiasm for learner development and achievement.
- Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
- Full UK driving licence with access to own transport.
DESIRABLE:
- Welsh language skills.
- Experience working with children and young people.
