An organised and proactive office support professional is required to provide high-level administrative support within a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves coordination, reporting, MS Office administration and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Operations Administrator / Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and operational teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As the Operations Administrator / Senior Administrative Assistant you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day administrative processes, coordinating tasks across departments and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and communication. Working closely with internal teams, the Operations Administrator / Senior Administrative Assistant will help maintain efficient workflows, assist with process improvements and support operational planning across multiple divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys problem solving, improving processes and contributing to the success of a collaborative team.
DUTIES
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Finished Goods management team
- Operational Coordination: Support coordination of tasks and activities across multiple departments
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, reports and business documentation
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve procedures and operational efficiency
- Data And Reporting: Assist with compiling operational data, spreadsheets and reports
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communication Support: Help coordinate internal communication and information flow between departments
- General Office Support: Assist with scheduling, correspondence and other business administration tasks
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, office support or business support role
- Organisation Skills: Excellent organisation and multitasking skills within a busy environment
- Attention To Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation and data
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with internal teams
- IT Skills: Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying solutions and improving processes
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
- Professional Approach: Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
