SALARY: Β£85,000 OTE (uncapped) + Benefits
LOCATION: Chelmsford, Essex (100% Office Based)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm (one day off during the week), Saturdays 9am-6pm, alternate Sundays 9am-5pm
JOB OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to work with a portfolio of prestige vehicles while building strong customer relationships and delivering a professional buying experience.
As a Sales Executive you will respond to inbound enquiries, conduct customer appointments, present vehicle options, arrange demonstrations and test drives, discuss finance options and support customers through the full sales process.
The Sales Executive will also negotiate deals, complete paperwork, manage vehicle orders and deliveries, and help maintain high customer satisfaction standards through outstanding service.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Sales Executive include:
Vehicle Sales: Sell prestige vehicles and associated products in line with dealership policies and industry regulations
Customer Appointments: Conduct customer appointments, providing a seamless, professional and informative experience
Inbound Enquiries: Respond promptly to enquiries received by email, phone and in person
Customer Guidance: Guide, educate and inform customers on vehicle stock, products and financing options
Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of vehicles, features, specifications and finance options
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales deals, handle paperwork and ensure smooth transaction completion
Order Management: Manage vehicle orders, preparation and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high scores in monthly Customer Satisfaction Index reports through outstanding service
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Professional appearance with a confident and persuasive approach
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and technical vehicle specifications
Valid UK driving licence
Previous sales experience
Knowledge of vehicle financing is advantageous
