As a Building Surveyor / Residential Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-acquisition residential surveys while maintaining high standards of accuracy, clarity, and client care. DUTIES
- Conducting Residential Surveys: Completing pre-acquisition surveys to a high professional standard
- Report Production: Producing clear, accurate, and well-structured reports using iPad-based systems
- Time Management: Managing inspections efficiently while maintaining consistent quality
- Client Communication: Delivering professional and clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- Performance Targets: Meeting agreed targets with rewards linked to quality and performance
- Process Improvement: Engaging with continuous improvements to systems and processes
- Team Collaboration: Participating in team meetings, shared learning, and CPD activities
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
- Residential surveying experience
- RICS, CABE, or MCIOB qualification
- Degree in surveying or building pathology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competence using surveying equipment and iPad-based reporting systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
