A Brand Representative / Regional Brand Trainer with a passion for technology and electronics, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to coach store team members in a fast-paced retail environment is required for a world-leading consumer electronics business.
PAY PACKAGE: Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + Competitive Travel Allowance + Overnight Allowance + Phone Allowance + Company Pension
LOCATION: You can be based anywhere in West Midlands. This job is field-based and will involve regular travel to retail stores around the West Midlands Territory - with occasional nationwide travel.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 6 Month Contract
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
PLEASE NOTE: A full Driving Licence and own vehicle is essential for this role.

Working as the Brand Representative / Regional Brand Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing the product knowledge of retail store teams. This will be achieved through the delivery of engaging training sessions and consistent coaching, focusing on the fundamental features and compelling selling points of the Brand's offerings. As a successful candidate, you will be tech-savvy, enthusiastic about passing on knowledge, and training retail store staff on each product available in their store. You will also have excellent communication and be comfortable presenting to store staff across multiple locations.
DUTIES
- Deliver product training sessions to retail staff across multiple store locations
- Conduct regular in-store coaching to improve brand and product knowledge
- Monitor and report on competitor activity in store
- Support retail launches, promotional and B2B events, and call centre training
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for tech / technology / electronics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire, coach, and train others in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the West Midlands
