Client Instructions: Deal promptly with client instructions Property and Leasing Transactions: Manage property and leasing transactions Estate Agency and ESPC Matters: Liaise with the estate agent and handle ESPC matters Client and Third-Party Liaison: Liaise with clients, estate agents and other third parties
File Management: Proactively attend to file management
