JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Scaffolder to join projects across the North West, including Manchester, Wigan and Runcorn. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the erection and dismantling of tube & fitting and system scaffold structures on industrial, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites. The Scaffolder will play a key role in maintaining health and safety standards and supporting site operations. This position offers competitive rates of pay along with excellent opportunities for ongoing training and personal development within the construction and infrastructure sector.
DUTIES
- Erecting Scaffolding Structures: Safely assemble tube & fitting and system scaffold in line with site specifications.
- Dismantling Scaffolding: Remove scaffold structures efficiently and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Site Compliance: Follow all site rules, safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Supporting Industrial Projects: Provide access solutions for industrial, manufacturing and pharmaceutical environments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and site teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintaining Equipment: Inspect and maintain scaffolding materials and components.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- CISRS Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder qualification.
- Previous experience in scaffolding, erection and dismantling.
- Experience with tube & fitting and system scaffold.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to work on sites across Manchester, Wigan and Runcorn.
