This role supports adults and children recovering from exploitation, delivering trauma-informed, person-centred care to promote safety, independence and recovery through focused support and advocacy.
You will manage casework, risk and needs assessments, journey plans, referrals and entitlements, collaborating with partner agencies to secure successful move-on outcomes.
