SALARY: £43,327 to £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid working role split between the office in Ealing (W5) and the remaining time from home
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Conduct Performance Analysis: Assess housing assets using financial modelling and data analysis
- Undertake Options Appraisals: Evaluate investment, redevelopment and disposal opportunities
- Analyse Data Sources: Interpret internal systems data and external market intelligence
- Develop Asset Models: Support ongoing improvement of asset appraisal tools and frameworks
- Prepare Reports: Produce clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Finance, Development and Property Services teams
- Support Governance Processes: Contribute to decision-making on asset investment and disposals
- Engage Stakeholders: Ensure transparency and alignment across departments
- Attend Meetings: Participate in workshops and programme delivery activities
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in asset management, real estate, housing or related field
- Membership or working towards a professional body such as RICS, CIOB or CIH
- Experience analysing property performance, asset data or financial modelling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and trends
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Understanding of value for money principles within regulated sectors
- Knowledge of social housing, asset management principles and regulations
- Awareness of sustainability and building safety considerations is desirable
This role requires a DBS check.
