As the Administrator you will coordinate key administrative processes, patient scheduling, invoicing, reporting and record keeping while supporting clinical and technical teams.
The Administrator will also assist with stock administration and help improve processes, contributing to an efficient service for patients in a healthcare setting.

DUTIES Your duties as the Administrator include
- Administrative
Support: Assist the clinical team by contacting patients, scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records on the clinical system
- Invoicing and
Records: Process invoices, identify relevant chargeable items and support accurate financial and clinical record keeping
- Reporting and
Data: Run and check monthly patient activity, DNA and service performance reports, identifying and reporting anomalies
- Customer and
- Supplier
Enquiries: Respond quickly and efficiently to enquiries from colleagues, customers and suppliers and escalate delays or issues where appropriate
- Service
Records: Monitor and maintain servicing records for high-value items supplied through relevant commissioning pathways
- Stores
Administration: Provide cover by raising purchase orders, receipting goods, booking out stock and supporting regular stock takes
- Confidentiality and
Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow quality, health, safety and environmental procedures
- Process
Improvement: Support new administrative processes, report technical problems and contribute to continuous improvement CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience using PC-based office IT and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams
- Keen to learn new skills and work within a healthcare setting
- Good organisation skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience in invoicing and reporting would be preferred, although full training can be provided
- Experience using Sage X3 or a similar ERP system would be advantageous BENEFITS
