Residential Care Worker who is passionate about the care of children and young people, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and basic computer skills is required for a residential childrens home with locations throughout Somerset. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FULL TRAINING PROVIDED SALARY: £31,940 FTE (122 sessions per annum inclusive of sleep-in hours. Each session is 24 hours, Part Time would be 61 sessions per annum) + Excellent Benefits (see below) LOCATION: Various residential homes throughout Somerset locations include Chard, Ilminster and Taunton JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Full-Time, Permanent and Casual positions available WORKING HOURS: 24-hour sessions, 23:00 07:00 are sleep-in hours.
