SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
LOCATION: Covent Garden, London (100% Office Based)

JOB OVERVIEW
This is an opportunity to own proactive systems management within an MSP environment, with the IT Support Team available for escalation. As IT Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer you will monitor client environments, identify emerging issues and take preventive action.
The IT Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer will maintain servers, networks, endpoints and other assets, coordinating patching, backups, upgrades, security controls and incident response to improve reliability and performance. xgikmsk
Working across multiple client environments, the IT Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer will manage priorities independently, liaise with technical leadership and service desk colleagues, and maintain proactive systems policies and processes.
DUTIES
Your duties as the IT Systems Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer include:
- System Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Implement monitoring tools and processes, analyse performance data and address bottlenecks
- Asset Health and Proactive Maintenance: Monitor servers, firewalls, switches and other assets, taking action on anomalies, failures and resource issues
