Working in customers’ homes, the Joiner / Window Installer will complete installations carefully and professionally, balancing efficiency with attention to detail and a high-quality finish.
The Joiner / Window Installer will work independently and with colleagues, solve issues on site and represent the company professionally while protecting customers’ homes and belongings.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS | Joiner / Window Installer
- Previous window, door, conservatory or joinery installation experience
- Full driving licence and ability to drive
- Strong practical and joinery skills with good knowledge of installation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach with the ability to manage workload efficiently
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Professional and presentable when working in customers’ homes
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and pride in finished work
