SALARY: You can select various payment options which are:
Option 1: Standard Rate – £40 per completed allocation. Each standard allocation consists of 1,000 successfully distributed leaflets.
Option 2: Performance Rate – £25 per 1,000 successfully distributed leaflets + £100 commission for every qualifying job generated from your distribution.
Commission becomes payable when a customer enquiry attributed to your distribution results in a completed and paid job.

WORKING HOURS: Flexible, allocation-based work with minimum weekly commitment; weekday and weekend allocations available; multiple allocations may be available per day
JOB OVERVIEW
This flexible opportunity offers independent outdoor work, choice over available allocations and the chance to stay active while completing residential delivery routes.
A Leaflet Distributor receives mapped BR and SE postcode routes, with leaflets delivered to their home in advance or collected from the Bromley hub. The Leaflet Distributor works accurately across agreed distribution areas and confirms completion.
Regular ongoing allocations are available on weekdays and weekends, with around 15,000 steps per allocation depending on the route. Each Leaflet Distributor uses company-provided GPS tracking and a body-worn camera during distribution, with monitoring and privacy information provided before an allocation begins.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Leaflet Distributor include:
- Residential Leaflet Delivery: Deliver supplied leaflets directly through residential letterboxes
- Mapped Route Completion: Follow allocated BR and SE postcode routes accurately and complete the agreed distribution area
- Distribution Confirmation: Confirm when each accepted route has been completed
- GPS Tracking: Carry the company-provided GPS tracker throughout active distribution
- Body-Worn Camera Use: Wear the company-provided body-worn camera throughout active distribution
- Leaflet Handling: Receive leaflets at home in advance or collect them from the Bromley hub
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
- Comfortable carrying a company-provided GPS tracker during distribution
- Comfortable wearing a company-provided body-worn camera during distribution
- Reliable means of transport to travel to allocated delivery areas
- Comfortable with prolonged walking and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow mapped routes accurately
- Able to work independently
- Smartphone for communication and route information
DESIRABLE
- Previous postal or leaflet-distribution experience
