JOB OVERVIEW
This is a varied opportunity to combine administration, customer support and stock coordination in a branch environment serving patients and NHS partners. The Customer Service Administrator helps keep records, processes and communication accurate and efficient.
Working with patients, NHS staff, suppliers and colleagues, the Customer Service Administrator supports day-to-day branch administration alongside deliveries, collections, returns and stock activity.
With a focus on professionalism, organisation and service quality, the Customer Service Administrator contributes to a reliable experience for patients and partners.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Service Administrator include:
- Stock Re-ordering and Allocation: Manage stock re-ordering, allocation, inventory records and booking stock in and out of the system
- Purchase Documentation: Raise purchase orders, invoices and credit notes
- Job Sheet Processing: Process job sheets and maintain accurate system records
- Patient and Customer Support: Provide face-to-face and telephone support, and contact patients by telephone and SMS regarding collections
- Deliveries and Returns: Organise deliveries, collections and warranty returns
- Branch Reporting and Administration: Support branch reporting and day-to-day administration
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with patients, NHS staff, suppliers and colleagues
