Asset Manager with extensive experience of managing large scale asset management projects, good knowledge of building safety regulations for social housing providers, excellent communication and organisational skills is required for well-established organisation based in Wokingham, Berkshire. SALARY: £56,000 per annum + Benefits LOCATION: Hybrid split between working from home and the office in Wokingham (RG40).
