Our Sous Chef:
- AA Rosette or modern finedining background as Sous Chef level
- Knowledge of variedculinarytechniques
- Ability to create/cost &executestunning sustainable dishes
- Passion for in house butchery/bringingbags of knife skills
- As sous,you will be a driver of kitchen culture and mentoring
(We would look at Senior Chef de Parties with proven fine dining & AA Rosette background 3 years plus)

- Beapart of business in growth/buildingreputation
- Mentoring and progression (Head Chef hasworked for Rene Redzepi)
- 48-hourcontract over 5 days
- Package up to Β£30,000 including tips
