We are looking for a head chef, with a can-do attitude, a keen problem solver, able to manage under pressure with ambition and drive to aid the growth of one of the city\’s most loved venues.

Our ideal head chef would have come from working in the hotel – banqueting – events, able to execute volume whilst not neglecting quality. We would like our head chef to have a real eye for consistency and details, as head chef you will be in charge of rotas, menu/dish design, ordering, and all health and safety documentation.
