Our client is an all-day bar and restaurant located in EC1.

Open 7 days a week, serving seasonal British food for lunch and dinner.

The bar showcases the best in British craft, our wines are mainly organic and natural.

We’re looking for an ambitious, team-focused, charismatic General Manager to take over the venue and help push/drive it to the next stage of success.
