We are seeking a Sous Chef for a fantastic client, we have partnered with this premium venue to seek Hampshire's super talent.
Our Sous Chef:
- AA Rosette or modern fine dining background as Sous Chef level
- Knowledge of varied culinary techniques
- Ability to create, cost & execute stunning sustainable dishes
- Passion for in-house butchery and bringing bags of knife skills
As Sous Chef, you will be a driver of kitchen culture and mentoring. (We would look at Senior Chef de Parties with proven fine dining & AA Rosette background, 3 years plus)
