Here at AWD.Group, we are seeking a strong willed Sous Chef. We have an award winning kitchen focusing heavily on Street Food, all made fresh in-house.
- 45 hour week
- 2 days off weekly
- Creative input to menu & dishes
As Sous Chef, we would prefer someone that has experience and understanding of Street Food in all its essence, what's trending, future movements, and the will to push exciting and innovative dishes. You will support the Head Chef with his duties, kitchen documentation, training, and mentoring junior Chefs. As Sous Chef, you will head up the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
