General Manager - Required - London EC1
Up to £40k + bonus & benefits
Our client is an all-day bar and restaurant located in EC1. Open 7 days a week, serving seasonal British food for lunch and dinner. The bar showcases the best in British craft, our wines are mainly organic and natural.
We’re looking for an ambitious, team-focused, charismatic General Manager to take over the venue and help push/drive it to the next stage of success.

Our General Manager:
- You’re positive, you care, you’re self‑motivated and you want to be part of a winning team.
- You have around 5 years of experience at General Management level in a busy, high volume, quality‑focused venue.
- You live and breathe great food, creative drinks and relaxed, knowledgeable service.
- You are confident of being fully accountable for a business with total ownership of P&L.
- You're experienced in team‑building and positive people management.
