Contract Type: Fixed Term 7 months

We are seeking a highly organised Contract Administrator to support the delivery of healthcare facilities and infrastructure projects within a PFI environment. This role is responsible for coordinating, preparing, and tracking formal contractual correspondence, ensuring all contractual obligations, notices, and records are managed accurately and in line with contract requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, programme teams, and commercial stakeholders to support project delivery, manage contractual notices, maintain registers and action logs, and ensure strong governance across live projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for contractual notices across multiple projects.
  • Prepare, issue, and track formal contractual notices including:
    • Early Warning Notices (EWNs)
    • Delay Notices
    • Time Delay Event Notices
    • Refusal of Access Notices
    • Requests for Information (RFIs)
    • Formal contractual correspondence and responses
