Join our client’s dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor and play an integral role in our esteemed Civil Engineering division based in Waltham Cross. They take pride in delivering excellence in construction consultancy services and are in search of a dynamic individual to contribute to our continued success.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in our client's team, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in the energy transmission industry. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region.

Ideally candidates will have:
- Experience with NEC3/4
- Experience with Options A, C and E
- Experience working as both contractor and subcontractor
- Raising EW's, CEQ's and CE's
- Supporting PM's from a commercial perspective
- Drafting monthly applications for payment
- Drafting project forecasts
- Attending Monthly Progress meetings
We are looking for someone who is used to dealing with all commercial aspects of a project and is happy with client-facing discussions. Energy, OHL or Electrical Transmission Industry experience preferred but not essential. In return, our client offers excellent salary and benefits packages.
