Our client are looking for Streetworks Coordinator for their Thames Water Project, the role is Hybrid working 2 or 3 days at home. Working with the Senior Streetworks Co-ordinator and the Streetworks Manager to develop and assist in the implementation of policies and strategies which ensure that an industry-leading level of Streetworks compliance and performance is achieved. Nurturing positive relationships with the Client, Highway Authorities and other stakeholders with regards to NRSWA compliance and practical applications of processes. Inputting and full management of all permits to Permit Authorities and associated responsibilities relating to the management of permit works from commencement to conclusion. Key Duties: Send and respond to all highway requests/communications within specified time requirements • Manage all required list edits throughout the day • Ensure all relevant application forms and consents are complete and populated correctly in a timely manner (Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders, Traffic Light Applications etc) • Work alongside Operational managers and teams to manage and escalate any potential issues (Location of jobs, permit conditions, ongoing works, avoidable costs) • Submit all permits within the required timescale. • Works start/Stop all permits within required timescale • Manage all works comments on receipt and respond with correct information • Work with operational teams. • Act as a point of contact for escalations • Take proactive action when notices are at risk, liaising with local Councils where appropriate to agree extensions or alternative measures Interacts with: • Senior Streetworks Co-Ordinator • Streetworks Manager • Planning and Scheduling • Other MWS Departments • Contract personnel at all levels • Sub-contractors • Clients • Highway Authorities In return we offer excellent rates
