SHEQ Manager, UK Turner Lovell is partnering with a specialist civil engineering contractor to source a SHEQ Manager to oversee important projects across the UK. This is a growing business which is very successful within their niche providing their services to Renewable Energy projects, and this is a remote role on their team able to be based anywhere in the UK. This role will be accountable across several key areas: Carrying out regular site visits, conducting internal site audits and observing working practices on site offering coaching where needed and recommendations for refresher training requirements. Ensuring all site SHEQ KPI's are reported monthly and identify any issues or trends requiring improvement and recognition. Ensuring all SHEQ policies and procedures are implemented, understood and adhered to on all site locations, so far as is reasonably practicable, in order to ensure a safe working environment. Overseeing the implementation of the Company's Integrated Management system and acting as the Company representative for audits carried out by external bodies for certifications. Providing a SHEQ support service to the business, supporting senior management through tender and pre-qualification processes as required.
