As a Quantity Surveyor in our client\’s team, you\’ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in gas & utilities. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement and contract administration, you\’ll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3/4
• Experience with Options A, C and E
• Experience working as both contractor and subcontractor
• Raising EW’s, CEQ’s and CE’s
• Supporting PM’s from a commercial perspective
• Drafting monthly applications for payment
• Drafting project forecasts
• Attending Monthly Progress meetings

We are looking for someone who is used to dealing with all commercial aspects of a project and is happy with client-facing discussions.
