Our client is able to deliver at every stage of a project’s lifecycle. From initial design and consultancy through to construction, testing, commissioning and connection, the team are on hand to provide comprehensive end-to-end HV infrastructure solutions for projects from 11kV to 400kV. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the financial integrity, profitability, and risk management of two construction contracts within the South & West region of the Power Solutions business. Acting as a key commercial interface between clients, project teams, and subcontractors, the PQS ensures projects are commercially viable and align with strategic business goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hold a degree/HND/Diploma level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Extensive knowledge in both pre and post contract QS work
  • Be fully conversant with the use of the standard method of measurement
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver projects to tight timescales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead from the front
  • Self-motivation
  • Working effectively at both a strategic and an operational level
  • Well organised and a methodical approach to completing tasks and have an ability to prioritise
  • Clean driving licence
