AWC Staff Services are recruiting for an experienced HV Project Manager to oversee the delivery of High Voltage (HV) electrical infrastructure projects across the South of England. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the utilities, power or electrical infrastructure sector who can successfully manage projects from planning through to completion while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of HV electrical infrastructure projects.
- Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, costs and risks.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry standards.
Requirements
- Experience managing electrical infrastructure, utilities or power distribution projects.
- Knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts is advantageous.
- SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
- HNC, Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
- Strong commercial awareness, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
