Multi‑Skilled Plumbing Specialist – Social Housing Projects, Leeds

AWC Staff Services is seeking a reliable operative to deliver general plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Leeds. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, maintain compliance with safety standards and building regulations, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
• Carry out additional multi‑skilled tasks where required (basic joinery, tiling, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing within domestic or social housing environments.
• Unvented systems qualification (G3) – essential.
• Multi‑skilled background (basic knowledge of other trades preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Start: 2nd January 2026
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £16.50 – £18.28 per hour (DOE)
