As a Quantity Surveyor on our Infrastructure team, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in transportation, energy & power, water & utilities, defence, and highways. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region.

Your day-to-day:

  • Undertake detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, and procurement strategies to support project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters and assist in negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering exercises to optimize project budgets and ensure value for money.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor costs, identify potential risks, and implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to inform decision-making and support project delivery objectives.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

About you:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Ideally working towards your RICS accreditation.
  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the infrastructure sector, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
