We’re entering an exciting new phase of our tech and product strategy, with a focus on innovation, experimentation, and conversion at the heart of everything we do. 🏡 What will your role be?

An experienced Product Manager and Salesforce Subject Matter Expect, you’ll be a natural collaborator, and have the ability to work fluidly with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure your product goals are achieved.

Working closely with key stakeholders across the group, designers, engineers and external companies, you will lead us to help shape the future, simplify and optimise our CRM experience.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Gather and prioritise future and operational requirements and lead the team to deliver new technology solutions for CRM across AWAZE with Salesforce.
  • Work with vendors to understand the value that Salesforce can deliver to the AWAZE organisation across CRM.
  • Work closely with business analysts to create epics and user stories that specify the features for CRM for AWAZE.
  • Work with and lead an internal team and a managed service team to deliver prioritised features in AWAZE CRM.
  • Effectively document and explain new requirements for engineering teams using user stories, BRD’s, and acceptance tests and help the teams in breaking down a complex piece of work/epic into smaller.
  • Identify opportunities to release incremental value.
  • Ensure understanding and communication of requirements throughout the deliver.
  • Ensure Technology policies & standards are considered and adhered to during development.
  • Primary go-to for all matters relating to the new features for CRM in AWAZE.
  • Present to other AWAZE Product areas the new products and its functional/engineering capabilities, including demonstrating the platform features to ensure revenue, customer and owner satisfaction goals are met.
  • Ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals and deliver prioritised features and corresponding justification.

Salesforce Expertise:

  • Proven Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, customization, and best practices.

Energy and Drive:

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and resilience to tackle challenges.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who takes initiative and drives progress independently.

Adaptability:

  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with ever-changing business priorities.
  • Able to pivot strategies to align with evolving business outcomes.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, with experience collaborating with internal and external partners, including C-suite executives.

Vendor and Team Collaboration:

  • Experience managing vendors and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables.
  • Experience working closely with Salesforce Admin teams on BAU tasks and small change management.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to meet stakeholders, attend events, or collaborate with teams in different locations.

Solution and Outcome Focused:

  • A results-driven individual with a strong focus on delivering solutions that achieve business outcomes.

Presentation and Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to internal Product Managers, stakeholders, and external audiences.

Roadmapping and Deployment Expertise:

  • Experience in product roadmapping, prioritizing features, and aligning development activities with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of deployment methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with 3rd-party deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset etc.

JIRA and Confluence:

  • Proficient in using JIRA for issue tracking, sprint planning, and Agile project management.
  • Skilled in leveraging Confluence for documentation, collaboration, and sharing knowledge across teams.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service or other related solutions is desirable.
