Your mission is to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of owner payments across multiple Awaze brands. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting compliance, and delivering a high-quality service experience to our property owners. Working in a dynamic, hybrid environment, you’ll combine strong administrative expertise with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset to continuously improve processes and uphold the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and deliver the accurate and timely preparation of owner statements and payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payment processes align with contractual terms and deadlines.
  • Analyse and improve payment workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain and administer Non‑Resident Landlord Tax records in line with HMRC requirements.
  • Manage and update owner records, including bank details, VAT statuses, and debtor accounts.
  • Apply manual adjustments to owner accounts where required, ensuring full accuracy.
  • Support testing and regression testing for system updates and new developments.
