As Marketing Performance & Insights Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping Awaze optimise marketing investment, improve trading performance, and unlock growth opportunities across our portfolio. Working across brands including Hoseasons, Cottages.com, NOVASOL, and the wider Awaze portfolio, you’ll turn complex performance data into clear commercial actions that drive measurable impact.
Your mission
As our new Marketing Performance & Insights Manager, your mission will be to proactively identify performance gaps, commercial risks, and growth opportunities across the Awaze portfolio and turn those insights into actions that deliver measurable business results. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, commercial performance, finance, and leadership, helping the business understand not just what is happening, but why it’s happening, what it means commercially, and what should happen next. Acting as a trusted expert in marketing and channel performance, you’ll translate complex data into clear commercial narratives, proactively investigate underlying performance drivers, and shape decisions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainable growth across multiple brands, channels, markets, and customer segments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and analyse marketing and trading performance across brands, channels, markets, and customer segments to identify risks and growth opportunities early.
- Translate complex marketing and performance data into clear commercial narratives, actionable insights, and evidence-based recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with channel teams, commercial stakeholders, finance, and leadership teams to optimise marketing investment and improve commercial outcomes.
- Diagnose underperformance, quantify commercial impact, and recommend actions that improve conversion, efficiency, and incremental return.
- Challenge assumptions and investment decisions using data-driven analysis and commercial reasoning to improve forecasting accuracy and decision quality.
- Help shape performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting approaches across the Awaze portfolio.
- Drive a proactive culture of insight-led decision-making and accountability for commercial performance.
- Support the balance between short-term trading priorities and long‑term growth objectives across multiple brands and markets.
- Act as the go-to expert on marketing and channel performance, proactively identifying efficiency opportunities, performance shifts, and underlying commercial drivers across the marketing mix.
