As Marketing Analytics & Data Manager, you’ll play a key role in building trusted marketing data foundations that empower teams to make smarter, faster, and more commercially impactful decisions.

Your mission is to ensure Awaze has accurate, trusted, scalable, and future‑ready marketing data that enables performance measurement, drives commercial decision‑making, and supports sustainable growth across brands and markets. You’ll act as the bridge between Marketing, Commercial, and Data Science teams, combining deep technical expertise with commercial understanding to improve how marketing data is structured, governed, modelled, and applied across the organisation.

From strengthening data quality and measurement frameworks to championing AI‑driven opportunities within marketing analytics, you’ll play a central role in advancing Awaze’s marketing data capability, building confidence in decision‑making, and enabling smarter, faster, and more commercially impactful use of data.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve the marketing data foundation across platforms including GA4, CRM systems, media platforms, and internal data environments, ensuring scalable, trusted, and commercially relevant data structures across the organisation.
  • Define and maintain tracking standards, measurement frameworks, and data governance processes to ensure consistency and trust in marketing data.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Data teams to improve data accessibility and support better decision‑making.
  • Identify data gaps, tracking issues, and measurement inconsistencies, proactively driving solutions that improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and optimise reporting structures and dashboards that enable stakeholders to monitor marketing effectiveness and commercial performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs that help teams identify opportunities and optimise performance.
  • Support the development of scalable analytics capabilities that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and commercial outcomes across the organisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing analytics processes, tools, AI‑enabled capabilities, and ways of working to improve efficiency, scalability, and confidence in marketing data.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on marketing database structures, ensuring scalable, efficient, and commercially relevant use of marketing data across reporting, analytics, and modelling initiatives.
  • Own and maintain marketing data models, definitions, and governance standards to ensure consistent, trusted, and commercially relevant use of marketing data across the organisation.
