Your mission

As a Finance Customer Support Specialist, you'll help ensure guest payments are processed accurately and finance queries are resolved quickly.

From refunds and reconciliations to payment investigations and cancellations, you'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while supporting a great customer experience.

  • Process guest refunds and cancellations accurately.
  • Investigate chargebacks and payment disputes.
  • Reconcile booking systems, bank receipts and OTA accounts.
  • Resolve payment queries from guests and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work with colleagues across Finance and Customer Services to solve issues.
  • Help improve processes and support finance projects when needed.

This role is part-time, permanent – working 25 hours per week (9:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday) and based from our Manchester office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 from home).
