We’ve got an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our Regional Operations team. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintenance across our portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring every property is safe, well‑maintained, and guest‑ready.
Your mission is to deliver outstanding maintenance standards across our properties – ensuring our homeowners feel supported and our guests enjoy an amazing stay, every time. You’ll play a key role in upholding operational excellence locally, taking ownership of maintenance delivery and continuously looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and deliver high-quality maintenance across our managed holiday homes.
- Manage and coordinate third-party maintenance suppliers to ensure consistent, high-standard service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations team to maintain excellence in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.
- Ensure all completed work complies with health and safety regulations.
