Your mission

As our new Property Assistant, your mission is to safeguard and elevate cleanliness standards across our portfolio in and around Suffolk. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you’ll ensure every property is guest-ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience
  • Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements
  • Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand

Who we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy being out and about, working with local partners, and taking pride in maintaining high standards. You’re someone who spots details others might miss and uses both data and initiative to solve problems.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • A strong focus on quality, thoroughness, and accountability
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers or service partners
  • Confidence using data and feedback to inform decisions and improvements
  • A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure properties consistently meet Awaze cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Build strong relationships with cleaning partners to drive performance and engagement
  • Improve guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness
  • Strengthen owner confidence through proactive communication and improvement suggestions
  • Contribute to operational efficiency and cost control across the region
