The Role

This role is for the commercially focussed, the quick thinkers and the customer obsessed.

On a basic level, you’ll be responsible for working with Hoseasons owners to maximise their commercial and strategic objectives.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide administrative and operational support to a portfolio of key Hoseasons owner partnerships, helping to drive revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Support regular conversations with owners around performance, pricing, unit mix, pet policies, and features that influence booking demand.

  • Maintain accurate account records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent owner experience.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, supporting the retention, growth, and overall success of your portfolio.

Put simply, you’ll support the revenue, retention, administration, and growth of your portfolio of accounts while delivering excellent day‑to‑day owner support.

Key Skills We Need

You’ll be joining a passionate team with a real drive to deliver the best experience for our park owners, who are at the heart of everything we do.

This role will play an important part in supporting owner relationships, monitoring park performance, and helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day management of accounts.

  • To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Bring
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a confident and approachable style.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive and supportive approach, working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn and develop, with an interest in travel and the holiday industry.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, embraces new challenges, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, customer‑focused team.

If you’re excited by a varied role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

  • You’ll be supported by a team of genuine, passionate leaders.
  • We work cross‑functionally, so you’ll be given opportunities to develop skills outside of your core skillset.
  • You’ll be an integral part of a team which delivers great commercial results.

We offer a competitive salary and great benefits; we’re all about holidays, so we practice what we preach and offer some great travel discounts and a range of other perks.

Worth knowing

This role is full‑time, temporary (9 months) and is based fully in our Lowestoft office.
