As our Holiday Sales Consultant, your mission is to deliver a world-class customer experience while converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll match customers with their ideal holiday, upsell relevant extras for added peace of mind, and bring our brands to life in every conversation.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound sales calls and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Upsell additional packages and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Build rapport quickly, identifying customer needs and recommending the perfect holiday
  • Deliver informative, courteous and high-quality service to new and returning customers
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurately update booking systems and customer records with strong attention to detail
