We’ve got an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join our Regional Operations team. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintenance across our portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring every property is safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

Your mission

As our new Maintenance Operative, your mission is to deliver outstanding maintenance standards across our properties – ensuring our homeowners feel supported and our guests enjoy an amazing stay, every time. You’ll play a key role in upholding operational excellence locally, taking ownership of maintenance delivery and continuously looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver high-quality maintenance across our managed holiday homes.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party maintenance suppliers to ensure consistent, high-standard service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations team to maintain excellence in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness.
  • Ensure all completed work complies with health & safety procedures and company standards.
  • Monitor supplier capacity to meet both current and future operational needs.
  • Use data and insights to optimise quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of maintenance services.
  • Build and maintain a strong local contractor network and employer brand.
