Role: CRM Technical Manager
You will design, develop and maintain code and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet and expand the CRM team’s capabilities.
What you’ll be doing
- Liaise with CRM Managers to assess business requirements and lead the design and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet needs.
- Set up automated processes in Automation Studio, build campaigns in Journey Builder, and establish reporting systems as required.
- Own the HTML used by Campaign Managers to build emails and collaborate to fine-tune the functionality of email blocks.
- Assist Campaign Managers with building emails and check emails for quality when required.
- Lead investigation work and determine actions to take based on results.

REQUIRED
- Building emails using HTML and CSS
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Automation Studio and Journey Builder
- Scripting dynamic elements with AMPscript
- Handling data and querying it with SQL
