We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in Keswick. In this role, you’ll take accountability for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across a defined geographic patch, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home — covering cleaning, maintenance and guest readiness — so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that promise a reality.
Your mission is to safeguard and elevate cleanliness standards across our portfolio in and around the Isle of Arran. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you’ll ensure every property is guest-ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and deliver high cleaning standards across your assigned property portfolio.
- Collaborate with third-party cleaning teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience.
- Partner with property owners to recommend and support property improvements.
- Analyse performance data to drive quality, cost, and process improvements.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supply of cleaning partners to meet current and future demand.

Our Property Assistant role is part-time, permanent (30 hours) and is based in Keswick. Our office hours are 9-5 Monday-Saturday, and so flexibility to work weekends is essential.
